• Singapore River Cruise is currently operating at Clarke Quay Jetty only. All other jetties will be closed until further notice.
  
• Please report at the venue 15 minutes prior to the departure time.
• Transfer service will be available only from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm.
• For transfers, kindly ensure that you provide exact details at the time of your booking such as the hotel address.
  
• If a guest fails to report within the given time it will be a no show and there will be no rescheduling or refund for it.
• This activity is not wheelchair-accessible.
  
• The ticket is valid only on the specified date and time
• Pregnant women are not recommended for the Tour.
  
• Boarding Point: Clarke Quay Jetty (beside Hooters restaurant)
  
• Please note: Re-boarding the boat is not allowed once you have disembarked.

            -Village Hotel Bugis

• Waiting Time Policy for transfers: 
    -Sharing Transfers : 07 Minutes
    -Private Transfers : 20 Minutes

• Due to the National Day Parade rehearsals, there will be water closure at Marina Bay from 5.30pm to 9pm every Saturday leading up to National Day (24 June & 1/8/15/22/29 July). On National Day (8 Aug), the water closure will be from 5.30pm to 10pm.

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
  
• Children between age 3 to 12 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 12 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
