Make sure to bring along a valid physical or digital copy of your ID to be shown at the entrance of the attraction.
Guests are recommended to check the weather forecast beforehand to ensure that your views won't be obstructed.
Note that no large pieces of luggage are allowed inside, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area at the entrance on the ground floor. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside.
Note that no outside food or beverages are allowed at the Burj.
Ensure that children under the age of 13 are accompanied by an adult at all times.
Note:
The Burj is unmissable on every tourist's Dubai itinerary hence this may lead to some delays during peak hours and remarkably busy days.
Make sure to expect a considerable wait time as you stand in the ticketing queue as well as the elevator queue.
Note that you can enter only at the time slot you choose during checkout. Once inside, you can stay for as long as you like. Typically, tourists spend an average of 40 mins at the observatory.
Note the sunset hours between 6:30pm and 7pm are the best time to visit the top floors of the Burj. At dusk, the vivid orange skies offer mesmerizing vistas from the vantage point.

Anything of your comfort and casualness that will let you walk around easily and is modest and covered as revealing clothes is not a culture of the Middle East.
