Ride duration is 50 mins to 1 hour (we don’t commit to 1 hour, we will try to provide if possible).

Important Information

If guest is late for 15 mins, we have the right to cancel the trip.

If the guest cancels the trip before 48 hours in advance no charges applied.

If the guest cancels the trip less than 48 hours in advance 50% of the booked cost will be charged.

If the guest cancels the trip less than 24 hours in advance 100% of the booked cost will be charged.

If there is any delay and the trip is required to be extended due to a second party, additional hours will be charged as per contract rates.

If a customer shows up late, we are not liable to extend the trip duration.

If due to traffic or an act of God vehicle reaches late & customer is being served (full time will be given) no compensation or any discount will be applied.
